We’re Lindsey & Josh, a husband-and-wife team and parents to four wildly wonderful kids, and the heart behind Drift.
When the opportunity came to take over the former Pastry Heaven on Palm Beach, we saw more than a space—we saw the chance to create something meaningful for our community.
Fueled by love, hard work, and more coffee than we’d like to admit, we’ve poured ourselves into building a bright, welcoming place for locals and visitors alike.
Drift is our fresh take on breakfast and lunch—easy, feel-good food served in a sun-soaked setting where everyone feels at home. Every part of this space was created with intention, and we’re so excited to share it with you.
